What to Expect in Private

1-to-1 Yoga Classes

A personalized assessment: Your instructor will assess your current fitness level, health goals, and any specific needs or concerns you may have.

Customized practice: Based on the assessment, your instructor will design a yoga sequence tailored to your unique requirements. This may include asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation techniques.

Ongoing support: Your instructor will provide continuous guidance, adjustments, and feedback to help you progress in your practice.

Privacy and comfort: Private sessions take place in a dedicated, quiet space within our clinic, ensuring a serene and focused environment for your practice.

Yoga for Rehab: Helping those who are recovering from an injury to restore their mobility and flexibility through supportive, restorative poses. With longer holds with a focus on breath work, active and assisted stretches. Includes take home instruction to continue your rehab between sessions.
